Ouri Azoulay, General Manager
Ouri Azoulay brings a wealth of experience in technology management and business operations to PureSight. Azoulay was a key player enabling a merger and acquisition of Pegasus Ltd. in Israel with HBOC of Atlanta. He managed the cycle of acquisition and infrastructure set-up in the US for Pegasus. This infrastructure included a service and support organization as well as product management, marketing and sales. His 20 years of experience also includes strategic IT planning, support, and R&D service planning. He has designed and developed several generations of healthcare applications. Most recently Azoulay served as General Manager of HBOC Medical, Ltd., the developer of the Smart Medical Record (SMR) where he oversaw all operations including R&D, product management, marketing, sales, service, and support. He holds a BSC degree in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from Clark College.
Royi Cohen, V.P. of Research & Development and Co-founder
Royi Cohen developed and implemented the proprietary Artificial Intelligence algorithms that became the ACR technology, on which PureSight's core products are based. Before founding PureSight, Royi worked at Intel as a Software Developer in the Intel CAD development department. Royi studied at the Technion Israeli Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel, where he graduated Cum Laude from the BSC program.
